At potspansplus.com we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast and safe as possible Calculating out shipping rates is simple: for all 48 Contiguous United States orders over $99, UPS Ground shipping is free* all orders between $.0 and $98.99 a flat $7.95 shipping fee is imposed all shipping insurance is included for orders with UPS ground service.

We generally ship orders within 2 business days of receipt of CONFIRMED payment (a CONFIRMED ship to address is the exact same address as the billing address for the card used) and send tracking information following shipment.

Please understand that UPS cannot deliver to any United States Post Office so all PO/APO/FPO box orders and orders from Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico will be quoted on a per item basis, please contact the administrator at info@potspansplus.com for a quote before you complete checkout.
For all other shipping methods and destinations please contact the administrator for a quote.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service)please contact the administrator at info@potspansplus.com for a quote. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear confirmed credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please email us at info@potspansplus.com or call us at 310.513-6700, or you can fax us at 310.513-6767. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the potspansplus.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling.

Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, potspansplus.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower.

All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
